Nigerian Senate Tuesday rejected the nomination of Lauretta Onochie as a national commissioner of the Independent National Electoral Commission. Chairman of the Committee, Kabiru Gaya, in his report, said Onochie did not satisfy the provisions of the Federal Character principles.
